We are seeking an experienced, skilled, professional, mature, and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong and stable work history, with at least 2 years of experience as a practicing esthetician and a minimum of 1 year in previous roles. Must be reliable, professional, have high integrity, and possess strong skincare knowledge, including services, ingredients, spa etiquette, customer care, client building, and retention skills.
A high customer approval rating is essential. Your expertise in skincare, facials, body waxing, and other beauty services will contribute to a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform various esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, radio frequency, hydra glow facials, skin tightening, micro-needling, dermaplaning, waxing, skin care assessment, sales, treatment recommendations, and active selling.
Utilize professional spa service techniques, provide excellent customer care, maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Must be currently licensed as an esthetician with at least 1 year of experience.
Provide consultations to clients regarding skincare needs, recommend suitable products or services, and develop treatment plans.
Demonstrate knowledge of skincare ingredients, understanding their features and benefits, and advise clients accordingly to meet their skincare goals.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
Create a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding hospitality.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction.
Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
Stay updated on skincare treatments and best practices according to the company’s protocols.
Make at least 2 appointments daily through outgoing calls, scheduling follow-ups, and informing clients about specials.
Qualifications
Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in esthetics or related fields.
Proficiency in facials, facial enhancements (microdermabrasion, skin tightening, facial contouring).
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to professional growth.
Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated.
High integrity, stable work history, reliable transportation, and full availability.
Maintain a professional, neat, and sanitary appearance.
