Role Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Identify potential clients and establish long-term relationships through networking and market research.

Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

Create and present sales proposals that address client needs and objections.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.

Oversee the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients.

Analyze sales data to provide insights and forecasts for the business.

Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales goals.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-resolution strategies.

Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and progress against targets.

Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Fashion TV India and expand the client base.

Develop and manage the B2B sales budget to maximize ROI.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to continuously improve sales processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Edtech or Real Estate industry.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or Senior level roles.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving results.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising strategies.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Strong networking skills to build relationships within the industry.
