**Duties:**
– Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
– Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
– Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
– Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for consistency and taste
– Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety standards
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment
– Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry production
– Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and baking utensils effectively
– Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
– Culinary or baking certification is a plus
