. As a Professional Barber, you will provide high-quality haircuts, beard styling, and other grooming services while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform
precision
haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services to suit clients’ preferences.
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, adhering to
health and safety standards
.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in grooming and styling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits and referrals.
Promote and recommend grooming products to clients.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a barber or hair stylist, with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling techniques.
A valid barbering license or relevant certification.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
