– Offer professional recommendations on hair care and grooming products
– Engage with clients to understand their preferences and deliver tailored services
– Stay updated on current hair trends and styles
## Qualifications
– Certification in Barbering or relevant field
– Proficiency in barbering techniques including fades, line-ups, and straight razor shaves
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
– Knowledge of retail sales
– Familiarity with Booksy software for scheduling appointments is advantageous
– Ability to manage a store or salon is beneficial
– Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management
