Job Overview
We are seeking a talented self-starter and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating creativity and skill in hair styling techniques. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services (hair coloring and Balayage hair techniques) and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the salon.
Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing retail sales.
Maintain an organized inventory of salon products and supplies.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in using salon software; experience with MINDBODY is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in compliance with industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $150.00 – $200.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
