O Hairs in El Paso, TX is a Men’s hair salon that caters to gentleman of all ages. We are an appointment based salon with a strong existing client base. We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions, preferably with open availability.
Responsibilities
*Provide full salon services such as consultations, haircuts, styling, hot towel treatment, shampoo, scalp massages etc. *Help to maintain cleanliness of salon and your station *Ability to advise and recommend services based on hair care needs *Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques *Display exceptional customer service to assure retention
Qualifications
*Previous salon experience required *Current state or cosmetology license *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Strong attention to detail *Reliable *Honest with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Compensation
*Competitive starting hourly rate ( based on experience and availability) *Weekly bonuses based on individual average sales per hour *Exceptional tips averaging over 30% per ticket. *Flexible time off *Additional compensation may be considered at time of hiring *Posted wage is a total average compensation including tips and bonuses of our lowest and highest earners.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 – $35.00/hour.
