Hairstylist Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, color treatments, and styling services
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques
Offer personalized recommendations for hair care
Build and maintain client relationships
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assistant Responsibilities:
Support hairstylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and setting up for services
Assist with client consultations and product recommendations
Help keep the salon clean and stocked with supplies
Manage salon appointments and client flow
Qualifications:
Hairstylist: Valid license (required)
Assistant: Valid license, and a passion for beauty and learning is a must
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
