Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques, including straight razor and hair styling methods.
Provide hair extension services and eyelash extensions as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices to foster skill development within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve service offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques, hair extensions, and hair styling.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Experience with upselling services and products is preferred.
Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
A passion for mentoring others in the craft of barbering is highly valued.

Pay: $600.00 – $1,000.00 per week
