GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As a Barber, your day begins with a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll engage with clients and deliver a range of hair services, from classic cuts to trims. You’ll ensure each client’s experience is enhanced by offering hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages, providing a level of service that goes beyond just a haircut. Every client will leave feeling satisfied, valued, and refreshed. You’ll also stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques, continually growing your skills to provide the best possible service.
Schedule: This full-time position requires flexibility, as peak hours for client appointments occur in the evenings and on weekends.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
An active Cosmetologist/Barber License in Maryland
A passion for exceptional customer service
Pride in your work and results
Reliability and timeliness
The ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
