Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cuts, colors, and styling tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory and barbering techniques to achieve desired results for clients.
Sanitate tools and workspaces according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services based on client needs, enhancing their overall experience.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care.
Maintain an organized workstation and assist in store management tasks as needed.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, including eyelash extensions and other beauty services.
Experience
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
A passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $400.00 – $1,200.00 per week
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed
