Responsibilities:
Provide classic and modern barbering services, including fades, tapers, lineups, scissor cuts, and beard grooming.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your workspace and tools.
Build strong client relationships through top-notch service and communication.
Stay up to date with trends in barbering and grooming.
Collaborate with the Tru Hair Studio team to create a welcoming and stylish environment.
Requirements:
Valid Colorado barber license (or state-eligible transfer).
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred — but if you’ve got skills, we’ll take a look.
Strong knowledge of men’s cuts, fades, and grooming services.
Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual.
(English/Spanish) or comfortable in a bilingual environment.

Requisitos:
Licencia válida de barbero en el estado de Colorado (o posibilidad de transferirla).

Dominio de técnicas de barbería moderna, fades y grooming masculino.
Puntualidad, responsabilidad y motivación propia.
(español/inglés) o sentirse cómodo en un ambiente bilingüe.
