We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment management and client records.
Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Proficiency in cosmetology practices related to hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
Experience in store management or retail sales is a plus.
Familiarity with MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling is preferred.
Knowledge of retail math for effective sales strategies.
Ability to perform hair threading as an additional service is advantageous.
Excellent mentoring skills to guide less experienced barbers or apprentices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
