As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Your expertise in various techniques and styles will help enhance the overall experience for our customers.
Duties
Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
Perform additional services such as Eyebrows and Facials.
Utilize salon software, including COLIJO BOOKING/CLOVER REGISTER, to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools to ensure a safe environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
Promote retail sales of hair care products and other salon merchandise.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with modern options.
Requirements
Proven experience in barbering with a valid barber license.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
Familiarity with salon software systems such as COLIJO BOOKING/CLOVER REGISTER is preferred.
Basic understanding of retail math to assist with product sales.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
