We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. Golden’s Barber Shop LLC was established in 1957 and has an experienced staff of 55 and 28 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair cutting techniques and styling (must be comfortable with longer “professional/ businessman“ type haircuts), along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients while delivering high-quality grooming services.
Duties
Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients based on their preferences and current trends.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
Skills in store management are a plus for those interested in advancing their careers.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
