Duties
Provide a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves using traditional techniques such as straight razor shaving.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with each service.
Offer professional advice on hair care products and services, including upselling relevant products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering to provide clients with contemporary styles and techniques.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide recommendations.
