We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The Barber will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while delivering high-quality services in a welcoming environment at Iconic Style Salon Suites.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair cutting techniques, including traditional cuts and modern styles.
Provide grooming services such as beard trims and shaves using straight razors.
Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
Scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain knowledge of retail math to assist clients with product purchases effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the cosmetology field is preferred.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and the use of barbering tools.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.
Experience with beard grooming is a plus.
