As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through expert haircuts, styling, and grooming services.
Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques to meet client preferences.
Provide additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application as needed.
Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, and color theory to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or cosmetology certification is required.
Proficiency in barbering techniques including hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
Knowledge of color theory and retail math is a plus for product recommendations.
Experience with eyelash extensions, nail care, or makeup application is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
