You Must Have:
An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas
Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients including hair treatments, scalp massage, deep conditioning treatments and other scalp / hair services (oxygenation, red light, etc…)
Ability to lightly massage hands, feet, neck and shoulders
Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care
Upsell spa products and services to clients
Maintain a clean and organized work area
The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined)
A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
Reliable form of transporation
Spa / Salon experience is an asset
Experience at a Drybar or other Blow Dry Bar is an asset
Job Responsibilities:
Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
