As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the Barbersho.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Utilize various techniques such as straight razor shaving and fades to achieve desired styles.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Promote products and services to clients, contributing to retail sales efforts.
Assist in managing daily operations of the barbershop.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in using barbering tools, including clippers, scissors, straight razors, and other grooming equipment.
Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to perform retail math for managing product sales effectively.

Pay: $10.00 – $50.00 per hour
