Job Description
We are seeking a Scalp Specialist or Cosmetologist with experience in scalp health, Kerastase products, and styling to join our team. The ideal candidate has worked in a blowout bar or head spa and is passionate about providing high-end scalp and hair treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scalp treatments, scalp massages, and blowouts tailored to client needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Stay up to date with beauty industry trends and techniques, particularly in scalp care.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
Educate clients about Kerastase products and other recommended treatments.
Promote and sell salon products and service upgrades to enhance the client experience.
Follow sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license required.
Prior experience at a blowout bar or in a similar scalp-focused role preferred.
Strong knowledge of Kerastase products, scalp treatments, and hair care techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Professional, positive attitude with a passion for wellness and beauty.
Compensation & Benefits
$15 per hour plus overtime pay.
Commission on retail sales and service upgrades.
