We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients. This includes cutting, styling, and grooming hair to meet their specific needs and preferences. Duties:
– Cut, trim, and shape hair according to clients’ requests and preferences
– Provide hair styling services such as blowouts, updos, and braiding
– Perform beard trims and shaves with precision and attention to detail
– Offer hair coloring services including highlights, lowlights, and full color treatments
– Provide scalp treatments and massages to promote relaxation and improve hair health
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
– Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and scheduling appointments
– Promote retail sales by recommending hair care products to clients
Requirements:
– Valid cosmetology or barber license
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
– Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and record keeping
– Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
– Experience in eyelash extensions, hair threading, or nail care is a plus
– Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $72,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
