Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Knowledge of retail math principles to effectively manage sales transactions and inventory.
Skills in barbering techniques are a plus for those interested in providing diverse services.
Familiarity with eyelash extension application techniques is preferred but not required.
Strong mentoring abilities to guide less experienced stylists in their craft.
Excellent upselling skills to promote products that enhance client experiences.
