Responsibilities:
– Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
– Actively participate in mentoring and training programs for junior barbers
– Assist with retail sales and upselling of grooming products
Requirements:
– Valid barbering license
– Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist
– Proficient in front desk operations and retail
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
