Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming to provide clients with contemporary options.

Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
