Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims according to client preferences.
Provide additional services such as hair threading and eyelash extensions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Utilize salon software for appointment management and customer records.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products to clients based on their needs.
Upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Skills
Proficient in various haircutting techniques and styles.
Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients with color services.
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
Experience with hair threading techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of eyelash extension application is desirable.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management.
Ability to engage in retail sales and upselling strategies effectively.
Strong organizational skills for store management tasks.
