We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services while building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in various techniques, including hair extensions and makeup application, will enhance our clients’ overall experience.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records effectively.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and straight razor techniques is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
