Kickback’s Barber Shop in Matteson, IL is looking for an experienced barber to join our team. No clientele is necessary because you will be responsible for walk-ins and occasional cashiering. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Must be experienced in cutting all hairstyles and textures.
Responsibilities
Provide customers with services such as cuts, shapes, trims and hair styling
Maintain a clean workstation with sterile tools
Analyze and suggest treatments if hair problems arise
Resolve client complaints in an appropriate manner
Cashier in our retail area when not barbering
Clean shop once a week
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber
Current state license
Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of current trends and styles
Compensation
$600 weekly salary plus tips
Must have your own equipment but the shop will provide all necessary products.
