We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician to join our team. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, nail care, and makeup application. Responsibilities:
– Provide a variety of beauty services to clients, such as haircuts, hair styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application
– Consult with clients to determine their individual beauty needs and preferences
– Recommend appropriate beauty treatments and products to clients
– Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services in a professional manner
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– In-depth knowledge of color theory and its application in hair styling
– Proficiency in nail care techniques, including manicures and pedicures
– Experience in retail sales of beauty products is a plus
– Knowledge of eyelash extensions and the ability to apply them is desirable
– Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management is preferred
– Experience in hair threading and straight razor techniques is a bonus
– Barbering skills are an advantage
