We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will create a welcoming environment for clients while delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services tailored to individual preferences.
Responsibilities
Provide haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques and tools, including straight razors, if necessary.
Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and make recommendations based on hair type and face shape.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients innovative options.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
Utilize knowledge of color theory for clients interested in hair coloring services
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Manage retail sales of hair care products and provide guidance on product usage.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the cosmetology field.
Proficient in various hair cutting techniques and styles, with an understanding of retail math for product sales.
Knowledge of color theory is preferred for those providing coloring services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
A valid cosmetology license or Barber certification is required.

Pay: $31.73 – $35.38 per hour
