We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for creating personalized experiences that enhance the beauty and confidence of each client. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Provide additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience while meeting sales goals.
Manage salon software for appointment scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer management.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and growth.
Experience
Proven experience in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred.
Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage product sales and inventory.
Strong u techniques for various hair types.
Experience with salon software systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.88 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
