Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Utilize various techniques to meet client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Utilize salon software, such as SQUIRE, for appointment scheduling and client management.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques to offer clients the best service possible.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering with a valid barber or cosmetology license.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to perform various grooming techniques
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
