As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. Duties
Perform hair cutting, coloring, perms and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
Provide optional beauty services such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate hair care products based on their individual needs.
Manage appointments effectively to ensure timely service delivery while maximizing client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support store management initiatives.
Experience
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair extensions, and retail math are highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
