Position: Licensed Barbers and Cosmetologists (8+ years experience)

Located in the affluent neighborhoods of North Charlotte/Huntersville, our upscale vintage-meets-industrial barbershop and social club is a bustling hub. All barbers are booked out, and there is a daily automated waitlist.
*$1000 Signing bonus for new hire (after 90-days)

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
Perform hair cutting, beard trimming/shaving, and styling services per clients’ requests and industry trends.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Utilize advanced cosmetology and barbering skills to deliver high-quality services.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and achieve their desired outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to offer innovative services.
Qualifications:
Valid Cosmetology License and/or Barbering License (actively cutting full-time for the past consecutive 8 years with proof).
Proficiency in hair cutting/styling, sanitation, and delivering 5-star customer service.
Strong communication skills, must be articulate.
Finishing/styling and providing an experience is a must.
*$500 bonus after 45 working days and another $500 after 90 days of service.
