Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our stylists and trichologists in delivering top-notch services to our clients. Responsibilities:
Assist stylists with preparing clients for services, including shampooing and conditioning hair.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations and common areas.
Manage appointment bookings and customer inquiries via phone and email.
Support the team in inventory management and product restocking.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and ensuring their comfort during their visit.
Help with salon marketing initiatives, including social media content creation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology student or graduate preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous salon experience is a plus but not required.
