Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, talented stylists who aspire to be at the top of their craft and are committed to going the extra mile. We currently have openings for stylists interested in second-shift hours, from 3 PM to 7 PM, with flexibility on the days worked.
Responsibilities
Provide top-tier hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to client needs.
Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace to ensure an inviting salon environment.
Build strong relationships with clients through personalized consultations and exceptional service.
Stay current on industry trends and techniques to offer innovative and stylish solutions.
Work collaboratively with team members to uphold our supportive and creative salon culture.
Mentor new stylists or apprentices as needed, sharing expertise and knowledge.
Qualifications
A valid cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a stylist with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable client experiences.
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while being self-motivated.
Retail sales knowledge is a bonus but not required.
