**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and creative Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair care and styling, along with a strong understanding of various beauty techniques.
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide barbering and hairstyling services to clients
– Perform haircuts, trims, and styling based on client preferences
– Offer hair coloring, extensions, and other treatments
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas and tools
– Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
– Educate clients on hair care practices and products
– Utilize color theory to achieve desired results
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with expertise in barbering techniques
– Proficiency in hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading
– Strong knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients positively
– Familiarity with retail sales in the beauty industry is a plus
– Previous experience in store management would be advantageous
