Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care and styling, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including traditional cuts, fades, and creative styles.
Utilize straight razors for precise shaving and detailing.
Provide additional services such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care as needed.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop, including tools and workstations.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and other services offered in the shop.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to enhance service offerings.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques and styles, including experience with hair extensions.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment for clients.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales effectively.
Experience with makeup application is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $1,235.00 – $1,346.00 per week
