– Manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finances, and staff
– Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
– Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
– Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately
– Sell products or services to customers and provide excellent customer service
– Interview, hire, and train employees
– Conduct employee orientation and ensure compliance with company policies
– Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Supervise staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
– Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly

– Proven experience in managing a business or team
