We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, and styling using techniques such as straight razor shaving.
Educate clients on hair care products and styling techniques to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Assist with front desk operations including appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and retail sales.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices.
Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and contribute to store management tasks.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, and straight razor usage.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
Previous experience in retail sales or store management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor others effectively.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
