This is a posting for open barber station at The W Salon, a sister company of McCarty’s Jewelry. The W Salon is an upscale hair salon located in beautiful Laguna Hills.
We are looking for a driven, positive, and professional hair stylist to join our growing team at the W Salon. At the W Salon, we strive to provide a clean and comfortable workplace for stylists to provide services to their clientele. For stylists who are accepting new clients, we offer marketing support and a monitored booking system to assign new clients.
We offer various rental structures and a deferred rent program for those still building a clientele.
We have a limited number of open stations available, so if you would like to join our team of motivated stylists please call for booth pricing and to schedule a tour of the salon!
Qualifications:
Passion for hair styling and a desire to provide excellent customer service
Valid Cosmetology license of the state
Proficient in various hair services including cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients effectively and provide up to date availability
Cleanliness and respect for other stylists around you and their clients
Possession or ability to obtain personal liability insurance
