Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay current on industry trends and continue to grow through education and training.
Recommend and sell retail products to clients.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license in NC.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (3 year salon experience required).
Strong knowledge of color theory and cutting techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A team player with a positive attitude.
