We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Job experience not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ beauty and confidence through your skills and creativity.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Maintain an organized workspace and assist with store management tasks as needed.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
Familiarity with color theory to create customized hair color solutions.
Experience in applying hair extensions and eyelash extensions is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and maintaining inventory.
