Job Description
As a Barbershop Host and Assistant at Trucutz Midtown, your primary responsibilities will include:
Exceptional Customer Service:** You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every client who walks through our doors feels valued and appreciated. Your friendly demeanor and willingness to assist will set the tone for their visit.
Appointment Management:** You will help clients book appointments using our online app, guiding them through the process and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your attention to detail will ensure that our barbers can focus on providing top-notch services.
Support for Barbers:** You’ll assist our barbers by managing the flow of clients and helping maintain a clean and organized shop. Your support will allow them to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional haircuts and grooming services.
Team Collaboration:** You will work closely with our team to foster a positive atmosphere, ensuring that both clients and staff have a great experience at Trucutz Midtown.
Commission on Sales:** In addition to your hourly wage, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission on in-store product sales. You will receive 30% of your weekly sales, which will be added to your paycheck.
