Seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team! The ideal candidate have a strong background in men’s haircuts/styles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and willingness to grow. This role involves not only cutting and styling hair but also offering a range of services to enhance our clients’ overall experience. As a Barber/Stylist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products and services.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere and uphold shop standards.
Skills
Experience in men’s and boy’s hair cutting and styling methods.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
Experience in Women’s cutting, Chemical Services and nail care is a plus, enhancing the range of services offered.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards within the salon environment.

Pay: $1.00 – $48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 43 per week
