We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in various hair and beauty techniques will help enhance the overall experience for our customers, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Duties
Perform haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Provide additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Utilize straight razors and threading techniques for precise grooming.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software.
Mentor junior stylists and share knowledge of best practices within the salon environment.
Skills
Proficiency in barbering techniques and hair styling.
Experience with hair extensions and eyelash extensions is a plus.
Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to perform nail care services as needed.
Familiarity with front desk operations, particularly using MINDBODY software.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing expertise in the beauty industry.

Pay: $50.00 – $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
