**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and have a keen eye for detail. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. **Responsibilities:** – Perform haircuts, trims, and styling services for clients of all ages and genders – Provide beard trims and grooming services – Offer hair coloring, highlighting, and other chemical treatments – Recommend and sell hair care products to clients – Keep workstations clean and sanitized – Stay updated on current hair trends and styles **Skills:** – Proficiency in upselling hair care products and services – Experience with eyelash extensions is a plus – Possess a valid cosmetology license – Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients – Knowledge of retail math for product sales – Familiarity with salon software for appointments and inventory management – Understanding of color theory for hair coloring services – Experience in store management is beneficial – Ability to perform straight razor shaves is preferred – Knowledge of hair extensions techniques Joining our team as a Barber/Stylist offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, enhance your skills, and build lasting relationships with clients.
