We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, coloring, nail care, and more. Your expertise and creativity will help our clients look and feel their best.
“`Duties“`
– Perform haircuts, hairstyling, and hair coloring using various techniques
– Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
– Apply makeup and provide skincare treatments
– Perform eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping
– Offer hair threading services
– Provide barbering services for male clients
– Educate clients on proper hair and skincare techniques
– Assist clients in selecting appropriate beauty products for their needs
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
“`Experience“`
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of color theory and hair coloring techniques
– Proficiency in hair threading and eyelash extensions
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Experience mentoring or training junior stylists is a plus
– Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and inventory management
– Ability to perform retail sales of beauty products to clients
– Knowledge of nail care techniques is preferred
