Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Demonstrate expertise in color theory and application techniques for various hair coloring services.
Utilize hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Use MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling, client management, and payment processing.
Offer professional advice on hair care products and services, including upselling when appropriate.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair styling techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a valid cosmetology or barbering license.
Strong understanding of hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and various cutting methods.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
Experience with MINDBODY software is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $55.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
