Job Overview:
We have a building on the Mansfield square perfect for a barber shop! Some equipment is already there & included. 4 stalls…. We’re looking for a main Barber to lease the building then he/she is more than welcome to sub-lease additional stalls.
We are motivated to get this business occupied & willing to work with a wonderful individual to make this happen.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and possess expertise in a variety of salon services.
Duties:
– Perform haircuts, styling, and coloring services for clients
– Provide hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services
– Conduct hair threading and other grooming services
– Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques
– Utilize salon software for appointments and client management
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitate workstations and tools
Requirements:
– Proven experience in hair styling and barbering
– Proficiency in salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling and client management
– Knowledge of store management practices within a salon setting
– Ability to perform a variety of services including hair extensions, makeup application, and threading
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Certification in relevant beauty courses is a plus

Pay: $22.88 – $26.76 per hour
