Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Primp and Blow North Scottsdale! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, an upbeat, positive attitude and a flair for creativity in hair design, blowouts and styling. We offer highly competitive wages in guaranteed hourly pay as well as sales commissions, client gratuities and retention bonus pay! We specialize in blowouts and styling, no cuts or color. We offer hair extensions and makeup as well as lashes, bridal events, red carpet events and use the highest quality Oribe products. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering gorgeous hair services while building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques and products will contribute to an outstanding salon experience.
Duties
Provide a range of hair styles and blowouts, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Must have a love for the beauty industry and must be available weekends.
A plus if you do hair extensions and makeup or if you are interested in learning – We offer paid training.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell salon products, memberships and services to enhance client satisfaction and your revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
Assist the other team members when needed. We work as a team at all times, managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for ongoing education in hair trends, techniques, and products is highly valued.
