Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist or 2, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in various beauty services, including hair styling services, facial waxing, makeup application, and preferably manicure and pedicure services as well. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Cosmetologist, you will have the opportunity to enhance clients’ beauty while building lasting relationships in a vibrant salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Perform facial waxing.
Be comfortable developing a working knowledge of the product lines we carry, such as hair care, and bareMinerals makeup so you can confidently advise the client which products would benefit them best.
Offer makeup application services for special occasions or events.
Be proficient and driven in regards to your own professional development and continuing education.
Maintain accurate records using salon software such as Mangomint.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas. Must be willing to work as part of a team to ensure common areas stay clean and up to board standards.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A passion for beauty and wellness, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

If a swap or trade is not done, you will be responsible for the full price of the service you receive.
